Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimated as follows:

Europe: 1–7 business days
Worldwide: 6–12 business days

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing prior to shipping (note that processing times exclude weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Important: Azeira Luxury Hair is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. If any issues arise during shipping, please contact Royal Mail or your local post office for assistance.

To ensure smooth processing, please double-check that your shipping and billing addresses are accurate at checkout. When paying via PayPal, your PayPal information must match your debit/credit card details; otherwise, the order may not process.

During sales and promotions, processing and shipping times may vary. Details regarding specific processing times will be provided during the sale event.

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that we are not liable for packages lost during transit or stolen after being signed for.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final; we do not accept returns.
